Panattone: so many ppl making panattone on fb sourdough group, made me hand itch. But I know I wont be able to make sweet bread with sourdough, since I had continous failure with them turning out sour.
So I finally got time to do this yeasted panattone when I got half day off for xmas eve.
Shrink cos I didnt overturn it, but I so like flavour.
For lunch:
portebello mushroom with ham, tomato, and cheese. These 3 mushroom cost $5. Omg, more ex than meat!
Prawn, promegranate, pineapple, edamame salad
4 small lamb chop for $6
Bacon wrapped with chicken breast was the pleasant surprise, so flavourful
And of cos the goose fat roast potato. After 2 years wait, we finally have goose fat in cold storage, although its much more expensive than uk at $11, its more than worth it.
