Last year, I did the serikaya sarawak from a chinese blog source, turned out we all felt something was missing. This yr, I followed this malay source..its fantastic..but sugar to cut down to 85g. (This yr 90g, slightly sweet)

This is my favourite dessert from the UK trip...taste like ma lai gou yet using all western ingredients..and the caremel cream is to die off.

The cake was very bland from this recipe absolutely need the cream to go along
