Hungry baby

Most of the time, she is a small eater, but everytime after ballet lesson, she will so hungry..and yell, mummy, i want to eat thing.

This round, after 75% of macaroni, she still say she want to eat, so we brought her to Yakun, and she ate the eggs  quietly..like a xiao jie..Then still not enough, so we bought her Cedele's chocolate brioche which she also finished..hehe

Yes! We got in Pei Chun...

It must have been the event of the yr..maybe the exitement is even more than me getting promotion? heheh..

I've been really nervous about it..and getting headache even on Day1 of P2B night..and then of cos I took leave on Day2 of P2B...doubt I would have mood to work.

So I spent the morning, sending Kaylen to sch, brought grandma to see doc, pick Jared up for sushi lunch with Kaylen and mum..then daddy took the half day off to meet us for lunch...and finally got hm again around 2pm..Before rushing daddy off to Peichun to standby.

When I was at TRBK, made a call to PC..and Mr Koh already assured me 99% 1-2km do not need to ballot..but I was still worry

When daddy arrived in PC, was surprised that many has just signed in after 2pm for registration and there was crowd doing registration...I got panicked..and quickly get changed and rushed towards Hongwen.

Finally and luckily everything calm down at PC side after 15mins later, ~3:45pm..we got some data showing still 1-2km will be safe.  But being the kiasu me, already asked for registration form from HW..and started to fill up...

After all the brain stress..at 4:20pm I braved up to tell HW, I'm not registering..hehe..and left the school..

Daddy continued to waited till 4:30pm checked with Mr Koh..and got the letter of confirmation..And at that time I was at Whampoa market buying rojak, fried oyster and durians to celebrate this wonderful day..hehehe..

Well getting him in is only the 1st step..the next 6 yr will still be a big challenge..anyway..we'll see how it goes..

When almost rock bun became famous amos cookies

When daddy said my baking turned out diff every week, it really do..hehe..This round it was jared who did the mixing and I think I put a bit too much butter...then instead of bun/biscuit..we get cookies..But taste much nicer actually..hehe

New swim suit

from cotton on $29.95, must be the most ex item we got from there..we like it long sleeve since his swim lesson is at 12noon..heh The old 1 was from old navy and he wore it since 2.5yr, and now finally its time to change...with it keep rolling up during lesson and back get more tan. With this new swim suit, most of his upper top is protected..and its with UMF50+..wonderful stuff..hehe

Dinner specials

 Roast chicken with herb, did this for xmas..and had been wanting to do it again..this round with much generous salt to scrub the chicken and also bought fresh thyme leaves..taste very nice. The remaining bones were used to make chicken stock with onion, celery etc. for next day lunch..

2nd swim lesson

His 2nd swimming lesson.

Coach Ben open a brand new class on Sun 12pm for the 4 new kids..so now everyone at same std, learn the same thing…more organize..except the big big sun…

Jared’s motor skill still very lacking in which coach complained..but blow bubbles improved, and the phobia to water also improved.

And all along he did not reject swimming lesson now..would like to continue it. So next urgent thing is to buy him a long sleeve cotton on swim top..hehe

Bathroom fun

Got home on a bz weekday after work, and saw the kids having fun together in bathroom..so heartwarming..love the scene..

Jared's 1st swimming lesson

arrived at swimming pool but can't find our coach..the kids were bored. Jared although very scared and nervous, but still can't wait to start lesson..heh

Almost rock bun

I made these to destress..heh..Everytime I'm over stress at work my hands get itchy on weekend. These are so easy to make and taste so nice, that daddy and kids fighting over it.Nothing beats seeing my loves one savouring home made stuff..heh
