I really really haven't been updating interesting conversation with the kids...what a pity

These are the recent ones...

Me: Jared, why you a bit a bit want to cry?
Jared: Why you a bit a bit want to scold?

Grandma: You want to eat this?
Kaylen: night a little bit..  (=> later)
We are burst into big laughter..gosh she still have the habit to translate from chinese...really don't know how to help her..hah

Lego building

Other than iphone games, this must be Jared's fav hobby. We bought a big bucket of lego for him, but it was kept for a long time, till daddy started to build something for them, then later complicated aeroplanes like these.. till now he could handle any design of aeroplanes he like and spending hours on it This is build by Jared all by himself..although a lot of times, being nag by me... I shall try to take more pics of his work..

The greatest fall

I had my greatest fall after soo long hah.

On last Sat 14-July, as usual we are at United sq. But I forgot about kaylen’s water bottle for her ballet class..from previous experience..She will get really angry when this happened.

So I proposed to go buy from Cold storage…hv a good time visiting the newly renovated cold storage..then finally came back with her fav white chrysanthemum drink.
When halfway, I saw parents coming down..so I go excited and started running up the escalater..thats where I trip and fall..The pain was still bearable but the moment I sit down..the next I saw was blood ooging out..and every where on floor are blood..

So lucky we managed to stop the blood..else really dunno what to do. Then daddy went to buy plaster, gauss, antiseptic etc..and started to clean my wound.

After a while, we received call from Jared saying he’s out from class. Luckily he wasn’t frighten..instead of asking how I were..he started asking me for food as he was already hungry..Then when I told him my story..he asked, wheres the drink hah.

As for Kaylen, she didn’t know we sent to drink in..and when she came out she was angry..So daddy brought her back to find her drink.

This is truly fall for nothing.

In the pm, I was still bz working on my brownie. Heh.

At night we went to check at comp. appt clinic..Doc said better go to TTSH A&E..thinking abt the queue, I gave up. So we go hm changed the dressing..and the next AM, I’m good for lower leg IPL and ikea trip heh.

Nowadays we can hardly go shopping...Jared especially will be the 1st one to complain tired and need to go home...But place..they still like a lot..That's Ikea...brought the grands along and had a good trip. Kids enjoyed the food, though Jared was the 1st one asking to go home again!..But at least we can walk for few hours there.

At 3yr 10mth, 2 more months before she turns 4yr, she has finally completed p&j 3a and 3b

We are stucked at 3a from beginning of the year I think..and after completion of 3A, we completes 3b in 1 day..

Jared learnt this way for his reading..I think Kaylen will also be benefitted with the P&J series..

New Phone Samsung S3

For the 1st time, I've so the keep up with the trend...The phone has just been released for a wk plus, and I got it. It's so troubled that the phone protector is still very scarce in the market and I need to search the whole Toa Payoh to find one that is within my budget and yet looking good.

And the function is much more complicated than iphone...I'm still trying to get used to it, and the size too.
Can never type sms with 1 hand now.

These are my signature dishes..stir fry celery, its very sweet and crunchy cooked this way.  Learnt from MIL. Tofu with minced pork, and pan fry salmon and finally black chicken soup. 

Grandma joined us for dinner too.

Sg learning journey

Took the whole day leaves as it's a long day ahead. From 10am I step out of hse and only got home abt 10pm. It was a day full with event and doing everything solo.

Whampoa B114: What's next??

With the house is fully complete, I have so much to do in my list with the new oven!!!

Kids are so ever excited to work on butter cookies, so this is the no. 1 list. Daddy ordered pineapple tart.. Just bought the pineapple paste

Our oven so far is the only item that hv not started using. Can't wait for weekend to come

Whampoa B114: It's our Home

Finally.. The storage ppl found our stuff.. This is the last batch of moving and our home can be complete now... It was such a stressful saga.. They were supposed to send the stuff on 28 Apr, but one of the crib containing bedding, fridge, washing machine was lost.. From looking forward to totally devasted, busy searching how to charge the comp.. And in the end, we sent the last official email as advice by a lawyer( that's how bad) .. 1 day be4 the deadline, dear daddy was informed to go down searching.. In a short time, he found our stuff!!!

They arranged the item to in come in today..we had such a busy day clearing up the stuff..one of the fridge leg was lost.. We used our creativity to do up a temp leg..

It's such a good feeling with a complete home.. Over the pass 2 wks we have no cold drinks, survive on can food.. Clothing were brought back to mum place to wash.. So so troublesome..
