sourdough #45 chocolate noir

With so many inclusions

Choc chip
Orange peel
Cranbery
Walnut
Peanut butter chip
Butter scotch chip
300g prima flour

Made with 60g cold starter
11am fermentolyse
6.30pm to fridge
8.30pm bake

My choc sourdough is getting sooo much better compared to the 1st one. The belly is huge!
