anniversary loaf #47

Today mark the 1yr anniversary of my starter

So I baked this fruit tea loaf to mark the ocassion

Feed 8g starter, 30g water, 30g rye flour the night before



Cranberry
Raisin
Apricot
Orange peel

Dry fruits dipped in tea

Brown sugar
Cinnamon
Butterscotch chips 
300g flour

Ever since I started baking choc sourdough, I stop making thse fruity loaf. But to my surprise this loaf turned out really nice.
