So I baked this fruit tea loaf to mark the ocassion

Feed 8g starter, 30g water, 30g rye flour the night before

Cranberry

Raisin

Apricot

Orange peel

Dry fruits dipped in tea

Brown sugar

Cinnamon

Butterscotch chips 

300g flour

Ever since I started baking choc sourdough, I stop making thse fruity loaf. But to my surprise this loaf turned out really nice.

So they are the best at eating times, swapping food happily.

One thing, Jared eats more meat than Kaylen on vege. 

They both like fries, mash potato, hash brown. These are the stuff they fight over with.

dining as a family, a luxury

Just one week, and we will have to go back to dine by 2 again due to the increased cases of covid. 

Our last round of dine by 4 before restrictions comes was in mid may. After 2 mths wait, we finally had one weekend to done as family. So we had Lenu for sat dinner, gengki for sun dinner.

The gal chopped many many of her favs.

Conclusion: not any special. Rice is quite fragrant and on more oily side. Chilli is too spicy even for someone who take a lot of spicy food. 

Arrived at abt 6pm on a sun , so no queue. But they close by 6.30pm

I get really successful sourdough bread loaf, much better than my country style loaf.

They were so tall and soft, and finished in 2days with 4 slices passed to parents.
