lunch gathering

This is what left on cheese platter, with top up of muskat grapes

the rice, such a big bowl left with a quarter

They decided to eat again after guest left

also baked a sourdough but didn't get to serve cos too much food already

Christmas chocolate dipped cookies

Baby gal did all the cut out shape by herself

recipe from bakedwithpaws

Icing sugar increased to 70g

25g corn flour to replace with whole wheat flour

Added milk to dough cos the batter seemed too dry

50g choc chip melted and hot milk to liquify

panetonne with pasta madre

A disaster

After 8hrs its still like never grow. After bake, it grow to half height

apparently the pasta madre is not strong enough

Didn't grow

Luckily the end result still edible and pretty nice, like very dense fruit cake

Using barry apek's recipe with panatonne flour
