panetonne with pasta madre

A disaster

After 8hrs its still like never grow. After bake, it grow to half height

apparently the pasta madre is not strong enough

Didn't grow

Luckily the end result still edible and pretty nice, like very dense fruit cake

Using barry apek's recipe with panatonne flour
