1tbs tau cheoh
1.5 tbs sambal belachan - reduced fr original 2 tbs
2 tablespoon sugar
2 tsp salt
few dash of fish sauce
200ml water
1tsp chicken cube
some weiba
mix all together
few dash of lemon juice
bee hook - half pack abt 200g
jiu cai
dao bok
fish cake
egg slice thinly
garlic n shallot stir fry first
add sauce bring to boil
add noodle
add jiu chai etc
