And finally on actual xmas day

cheese platter, went to grocery shop at joo chiat to buy the cheese and salami.

 The smoked cheese most ppl think its too strong, but since there were so many varity, everyone could choose whatever they like.

Icing sugar increased to 70g

25g corn flour to replace with whole wheat flour

Added milk to dough cos the batter seemed too dry

50g choc chip melted and hot milk to liquify

After 8hrs its still like never grow. After bake, it grow to half height

apparently the pasta madre is not strong enough

Luckily the end result still edible and pretty nice, like very dense fruit cake
