sweet potato sourdough bread loaf

Using sourdough with sweet stiff starter

super rewarding than the open crumb type

With 60g active starter it grow so big n tall.

Most of all kids eat them!

But as always using sourdough hv slight tanginess in them.  Very very mild.

30g sugar in stiff starter
15g in main (increase from 10g) can up to 25g
63g water

here's made into breafast for the kids
