I love making these beauties to clear my sourdough discard. Finally got everything right this time, but ran out of plain flour, so added cake flour. Turned out quite watery, so added another 20g of flour
Added 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
Before bake, add honey, vanilla paste and pearl sugar
