Circuit breaker Day #13

400g sweet potato
70g tapioca flour 
70g glutonous rice flour
Add some flour as needed & water as needed
After cook in big pot of water, put in ice cold water. Then place on a plate of sugar ...so that the balls can sip in the sugar.

Change to self raising flour for vegetable fritter


Cold version just like 九鲜
