Swedish Cinnamon bun

Every trip overseas I brought back with me yummy memories to replicate here.

This is from Sweden, the bun taste like bread not oily and not overpowered with cinnamon unlike US type.

I also really like Islandic and Estonia style rye bread..which go so so well with butter...gonna try them out some day

Replace corn flour with 1 egg
Need to cut down water + milk by at least 50ml
Make 15 bun, to cut recipe by half
Reduce fillings to butter 50g and sugar 50g
