Despite the bz schedule of xmas party, trips to CHS buying books for the new year, I managed to bake this Grand Marnier Fruit cake to bring home with me...Got Hung to help me get the Grand Marnier from SG airport at $47.80...Baked with the wrong tin at 9inch..so it turned out very short, and crack on the top...but the taste was so so nice..
