Stir Fry Noodle-MIL Style

This week the stir fry noodle turned out perfect in taste..no yellow noodle smell, the noodles are soft and nice…100% home style. Its representable enough to serve during CNY and gathering..1 dish added..hehe

1 packet of Yellow Noodle (80c)
2 fish cake
$4 char siew/ shao rou mix
$1 fresh shitake mushroom (about 7-8 piece)
Green vege-1 pack (chai xin)
Small red onion and garlic

Gravy
Oyster sauce 2TBS,
Soya sauce 2TBS
Shao Xing oil 1 tsp
Pepper to taste
Sugar ½ tsp
1 cup of water (~approx)

1)      Boil water and scald the noodle and rinse with cold water
2)      Put some oil fry the red onion and garlic add some salt, add noodle to stir fry and add black soya sauce, remove from wok and placed in pot
3)      Put some oil stir fry red onion and garlic, add some salt, add mushroom,  char siew, shao rou, fish cake, and stir fry
4)      Add vege, stir fry

5)      Add gravy and when mixture boil, put in the black noodle and stir fry a while
