added 2 ice cube on opposite sides to tackle why everytime one side taller the other side flatter. Apparently it works!

Freeze it for 1hr, so that ice form on surface, maybe thats why there's more blister

Autolyse at 6.30am

Add starter at 8am, put in fridge at 1.30pm , to try push it to 2pm next round.
