The gal had officially owned an instagram account with over 140 followers. She followed me, but I wasn't allowed to follow her.

While koko has no interest on insta, but he needed an account to check what ppl post about his Rico and sch stuff. He posted nothing, followed nobody, but the sis is forever the fan. In fact it was Kaylen who found out, cos she checked koko phone.

Since so long ago I no longer check their phones.

Celebration for hitting 59.5kg by eating more! Can't have soup in the diet plan, so I haven't drink soup since mid mar. 

This is Super yummy soup, better than haidilao. And the set is all vege, with some chicken, chicken meat ball and 4 prawn.

new toy in da house: Phillips air fryer

There's 2 very useful kitchen appliances that I've aimed for a long time: air fryer and bread maker.

Finally decided on air fryer, cos kids don't eat much bread unless its stuffed with sausage

Turned out its god send. I cook my lunch with it everyday, dump in some cauliflower and meat and seasoning, it's a balanced meal in 15mins

For weekend, I aimed to do the complicated ones

recipe from spices & pan

160C 15min, 200C 5min ( extend 5min of 160c and 5min of 200C)

hakka fried pork 250g 180C 15 to 20min. Flip halfway

her fav fried chicken wing, she approved!

160c 4min, flip 4min

potato croquette 180c 20min flip on between

This is most successful bake,  cos kids finished them.in record time.

2 big russet plus 1 small potato made at least 30 of these. Added corn, cheese, spring onion, coriander & any seasoning at home. Best to go with bbq dip sauce

I had to wake Kaylen up to take this pic for me, cos if I hold the hp, the weight wont be 5 range.

Took 4 mths to reach here.  it's won't be stable for the time being. And especially I was stuck at 60. Something to 61kg for the 3rd belt.

But it's a moment of happiness I want to show off!

so..drumroll...the little chairman at home!

So so this is the boy's HUGE achievement for his CCA. The chairman of RICO.

 The boy who still:

- forgot to bring towel to bathroom when bath

- forgot to bath unless reminded by me

- who changed and throw all the clothes and towel on the floor

Now he need to lead over 100 RICO members for 3 big 2021 projects

1) Distinction for SYF 

2) Taiwan exchange trip 

3) Chinese orchestra camp & exchange with other sec sch usually RGS/ Cat high as they have same conductors

He is the only chairman in the history of cca chairman who didn't have instagram or any social media.

This is my fav t shirt bought by daddy from America.

I wore it here, Sep 2010.

One of the most memorable  time I wore it was 10 yrs ago, for my bday at Batam, couple trip away from 2 very young kids 2 & 5yr.

I liked it so much that I kept it for so long, I finally managed to squeeze in again

I am sorely dissappointed that Omote changed its menu. It was so bad that I didn't take pic of our bowl.

Kaylen finally started her ballet class again after stop for 2 mths plus, and so that daddy & me could have our date nights again.

Happy 17th Rom Anniversary

one of the oldest dress i got. Its kept for so long cos i grow too fat and after 3mths of hard work., now its too loose. 

Haven't put on make up since beginning of April. So good to finally put on some colors again.

It had been so long since we could go on a date. It felt really good.

It has been a yr since Jared had his braces. He did it on 28 Jun last yr. 

We also got a new laptop today using daddy's voucher, cos the one at home had been with us for years. And since HBL we realised the 2 kids cant share a laptop!
