We finally managed to do some activities...these were supposed to be be4 holiday starts..but because Jared was sick..so delayed till holiday ends..

Origin butter cookies: recipe from Miss Tamchiak
Personally, I think too little flour, too much butter..and very expensive as 1 tin of golden churn only resulted in 2 tub of butter cookies

Added coffee powder

Belachan cake aka Serikaya Sarawak..Top Favourite of cake this year. Kids thought its brownie..adult like it not sweet. Discolaration was due to bad mixing..

The cake is very not sweet, so do not attempt to reduce further sugar. Can add a little extra condense milk. And I've gotten my S'wak relatives to try the cake..we knew something a miss, so advise me to use SG brand kaya brown colour & add a bit of ovalette.
