NZ2016 Day 10: Wanaka 4 Dec 2016

Morning started with Mt Iron...a 45min uphill track. It was the 1st time our family doing hill climbing..again the kids..won the race..they were the fastest to reach the tops..and about 30mins after we reached, the grands also managed to get to the top!  But my father complained that next time cannot come this kind of trip, better to join tour to see Shanghai..

Back to Wanaka Lake Front



Wanaka is a upper class town that have no international fast food restaurant..This was the traditional fish & chips..about NZD10..the sauces were all chargeable there..Need to pay NZD1 for ketchup




NZD40 for 2pax for 1hour of Kayaking at Lake Wanaka..


After seeing koko kayaking, Kaylen also kept asking for a boat ride




That Wanaka Tree..is away from Wanaka Lake front..abt 10mins drive

NZ2016 Day 9 Arrowtown, Wanaka 3 Dec 2016

A very small touristy town...it's not bad for a change of the scenary view to the quaint town..

After Arrowtown, we used the Crown Range Road to go to Wanaka. It was a very hilly road..Too bad the weather wasn't good
