Lucky it tasted okay still.

Love the half biscuit half waffle texture. Most of all, helped to clear sourdough discard.

my maiden blood donation

Have been wanting to do this, but dare not step on scale to know my weight since they need to check if over 50kg to donate blood. So never do it. 

Since now I measure my weight 2x daily, and finally fitter than ever, and most of all the center of donation is at Whampoa Cc.

Using expensive flour canadian strong breadflour from cold storage at $7.50 1.5kg, double the price of ntuc prima bread flour. Turned out much harder to handled, very relax dough.
