With our experience last year, we knew to start with Chek Jawa 1st when we had lots of energy.

She wasn't that happy that I insisted to accompany her. 

Well, the result met her own goal but she kept crying cos she was hoping for better than her goal. I was like, why didnt you set higher goal then?

4 months of hard work: Sourdough #21 perfection

Ear ear ear! This is the 1st loaf that had the most prominient ear, that make it looked like rabbit & with holey crumbs!

Things needed to do:

1. Put loaf into pot

2. Blade 45deg deeper

3. Lamination for the holey crumb

4. After lid off, take the loaf out of pot and bake it direct so that the side can be baked uniformly

5. Starter refreshed a day before 3x.

 Final starter prep: 15g +30g rye +30g water
