Jared's surgery

He has been troubled by the lower lashes sticking to his eyes since last year..It initially started with a lot of poo in the eyes, then red and watery eyes all the time till we finally realised that it was the lashes which created so much problem.  On the 2nd review with the eye doctor, he pitied his condition and ordered surgery for him in 2 days...(usually, the gov doc would take 1 or 2 mth to schedule a surgery)..

There he is at the surgery center..arrived at 9:30am

talking to Kaylen..she was asking how was koko condition all the time via whatsapp..such a sweet girl..but of cos, Koko ignored her nonsense..


The anesthetic doc came to insert the needle at the hand..

Daddy went in with Jared, after he fall asleep, daddy came out..like in less than few minutes.

The whole procedure took less than 45mins..he even woke up before daddy reached...
No pain at all..

Ready to eat! He was fasting from the night before..when he was allowed to drink and eat was already close to 2pm


ready to go home..that was like 3pm+


He will be with this magnetic coil to reduce swollen for the next 7-9 days 24hrly..Good thing is he is not afraid of getting embarassed in school.


The cost of the surgery is about 3k, with 2k claimable from medisave.  I learnt that every single part of our body must position well and function well..that few strand of hair beneath the eyes can caused so much trouble!

Collection of the new car!

1 Apr 2015 marked the last day of our drive with the Honda Civic SFU6293A
It was with us for the past 10 yrs..going through with us through pregnancy till Jared is coming to 10yrs old..However towards the end, it was giving us quite a lot of problem, like when there's a traffic jam, the air con wont be cold..and the engine temp will go up, and the tyre also become so botak that it was rather dangerous to drive in rain..

And here comes the brand new Mazda3...I hope it can last us till Jared go army!

Kaylen's Ballet Exam (Primary)

Finally the exam is over! the exam itself was rather very relax, nothing needed from the parents.. and no practising from home also...But, she had to go extra lesson every Tue from January to End March...so those days she will leave the house at 8am and come home at night..Quite terrible!
