Eventful day..Kaylen's Ballet open hse & TRBK Concert

We had a busy and eventful day.

First we had to pick up Baby Freya's fullmonth cake from cupcakedivinity at Sengkang...then came back and get changed and ta pan immediately as Kaylen's ballet school was having open house...

So dad sent us there..arrived just in time for the class to start.

Then after the class ended, we had lunch at XinWang cafe..and after that, get kids to get change and gel Jared's hair ...and walk to TRBK for Jared's concert. EVerything go on as planned...we reached sch by 12:30pm..and started putting on make up for Jared...and get him ready for concert.

At the same time, Freya's fullmth was also on the same day..and we had to miss it totally.

Just some observation from Kaylen’s ballet class.
Even though she is one of the younger one, she was doing really well and made us proud.

There were quite a no. of kids whom refused to join as parents were around and 1 didn’t join throughout..while our Kaylen is always so spontaneous take lead in doing everything.

There was once teacher ask them to do some finger excersize, while saying some words…Kaylen was the only one responded..and did the action!...She slowly do the action and while saying, daddy, mummy, brother and me…

Teacher Asya after class told me she is so so good.

Actually the stuff they learn is almost the same from half a yr ago..if not for she enjoyed the class, responded well…this ballet lesson is actually not attend also never mind..But since she really enjoy it..we will let her continue lesson..

We were in top 10 queue arriving at 12:30pm..when seating start at 1:30pm..and concert at 2pm hehe

Mrs Peh adjust his mortar board 1 final time be4 he go up on stage...the next time I wanna see him wearing this graduation robe..probaly 15-20yrs later???? or never??? if he never made it to uni??? Faint...By then we would be so old...

 School didn't allow us parents to go into classroom...so we did not have a chance to take pic with him in graduation robe....

Prayer with paster..most cannot concentrate..hehe..we too, bz snapping pics.

Banana Choc Chip Muffin

Supposed to bake for breakfast, but didn't get up early enough..so had it for morning tea instead..very soft and fluffy...my baking skill has improved slightly recently hee

Kaylen & Puzzle @ 3yr 2mth

She loves playing with puzzle..only we are lazy to take out for her to play.

She saw this puzzle while I coaching Jared, and asked to play it. I was really surprise she can fix the 40 piece puzzle by himself. Jared was very slow with puzzle..at her age, he definitely cannot even do 20 piece puzzle.

Kaylen though do not have Jared's good memory..but she is good with some stuff on her own. Like buttoning clothes, wearing shoe/sock/ using chopstick, recognising chinese words...etc

We both took leave to attend Jared's sch children day party. Sponsored sotong balls and sausage skewers..

The shoot was by  Kelly  partially sponsored by me for her fullmth pressie..cost $500..i sponsored $300 heh.

Sold, Unsold, Sold, Unsold..Sold finally

This is a crazy experience …

1st buyer Singporean family-middle age offer 46k COV, close fight with another Indian family whom offered 42k COV. Paid 1k deposit and the next week bz arranging shifu, and bridge loan. Finally we do not know was it shifu, or loan issue that they decided they can’t make the offering (pay another 4k)


2nd buyer Indo convert SG-young couple offer 38k COV, close fight with China convert SG young couple. The china couple refused to up their offer at 37k, and kept sitting outside house for us to consider the deal..and we told agent not if its 38k we will not sell. Just then the Indo couple was viewing 2nd time, decided in less than 5min they gonna offer the 38k..so we sold it to them. But because of the tension, I forgot to ask for extension to move out only after CNY. Been so angry with ourselves for not delaying…and blame the china couple for messing up..hehe.

After a wk, we were informed their parents preferred them to stay nearer to town, and decided not to make offering again. Faint


3rd buyer The china young couple..we were lucky that agent held the couple for a wk pending the indo couple loan approval. Immediately when getting the news they are not going to offer, he offer our hse to the china couple..with same COV..phew~and this time they did not want us to include any furniture..only say whatever we do not want, we can leave for them to dispose. We had very bad experience with them the last wk..but surprisingly this wk came especially easy..no bargaining, they brought 5k …and we managed to delay the house to post CNY. So the date we lock in was 30Jan..8day of CNY we will be homeless..hehe.


Total loss is approx 6k as agent agreed to cut their fees by 2k.

We also received an additional 1k from deal the 2 deal that burst.

So final loss is 5k. Hoping to be able to sell our furnitures to get some $ for storage..hehe


At this moment we really hope no more shocking stuff happening to us..In between we already had some unfortunate event..like our tv spoilt for 2 wks already..though I hate to bring the tv along to new hse..since it’s a super duper big CRT tv..i did not expect it to spoil NOW. So the kids have been doing without tv..it was so boring for them that Jared started picking up books to read..*amazing*

But this gonna be solve soon, as sis is gonna pass us her 32inch flat tv for time being..hehe


And our dear daddy can actually lost his few mth old croc band shoe when we visited Interior design comp. It was so so funny…I had to call home for help, and Mum brought Kaylen along to send a pair of shoe..luckily the shop is at Whampoa market. Heh



Hoping all bad luck will go away soon. And we can find a good interior to give makeover for our new place.

Woke up losing track of time..we thought its only 5am but sky were all bright..later found out the iphone do not have signal so time were all wrong..

Jared loves the balcony most..spending most of his time at room at the balcony...
I didn't expect it to be so small...

After breakfast we went to walk around the boat...played with the chess set, ping pong..visited the library..and finally back to room to nap after lunch...

We dressed up for dinner at bella vista...This was part of the better memory from 12 yrs ago..i remembered it was the 1st time I ate with full 6 course with full set of cutlery..i had to figure out which to use first..

But this round i think its not 6 course meal, and food taste not as nice as well..and worst many ppl came in with slipper, and bermuda and singlet..faint.

After dinner, we went to catch the acrobatic show which Kaylen enjoyed so much..keep clapping hand...
The kids and daddy still went for supper at 12am before sleep that night..I cannot tahan, went to sleep already..
