Interesting conversation with Jared (3yr 8mth)

(1) Pet
Jared: I have a pet, My pet is mei mei

(He like to say this so often, I wonder how he learn that since he has no pet, meimei can be his pet..hehe)

(2) Fat and Cake
Jared wanted to eat cake at night 8pm+
Me: No Jared, you just brushed your teeth..and you are too fat
Jared: I like to be fat

(3) Holidays
Ah yi is showing off her trip to Japan as part of honeymoon...and showing off that she is going to Disneyland
Ah yi: I'm going to disneyland, where are you going?
Jared: I'm going to disneysea and disneyland.

(Daddy and me wahhh...cos we've purposely avoided talking about the Japan trip 1 month before the grands coming..It was supposed to be a secret till later on..hehe..and he actually still remember. Sometime ago after we book the airticket, we did do the research of disneysea and disneyland together..)

(4) Indian?

We just got back from east coast cycling, he cyclied and play under the sun.

Mummy: Jared you getting more and more dark like mummy
Jared: mummy, are you a Indian?
Mummy: no..mummy is a chinese

(of cos I corrected him to use an indian instead..hehe)

I have been wanting to change to a new blog skin since Kaylen's arrival..as the older 1 is too personalise for Jared..

Finally I found this one which I like at the first sight..But I'm still having trouble to personalise it...

Jared: Come mei mei, let's hv some cheese..

Jared: Come, i feed you

Jared: hey, don't go away..Eat!

Jared is always doing funny things to meimei...When he don't feel like eating the plain cheese, he feed meimei..the tasty one, tomato and ham flavours..he finished at 1 go...Besides cheese, he also fed Kaylen ice cream and watermelon skin..

Singapore National Day Celebration

On the 7 Aug, the whole kindergarten, primary and sec school in sg was having national day celebration. School encouraged the kids to wear red& white to attend the party..

But this seems something "extra " for jared's TRBK..where they everyday wear red&white uniform including PE attire..

Nevertherless, my mum bought a set of national day clothes for Jared..at $5..hehe

Kaylen is 11 mth old!

11 month old
-> In borned dancing gene..
She loves listening to songs..will dance accordingly..unlike Jared who does not have a single music sense...



-> Still on Breast milk
but suddenly increase demand so much just before sleep, so have to open formula from 21Jul (10.5mth)to suplement 3oz before she could knock off.

-> The only 1 tooth..has errupted!

->Drink from straw
drink really well, she could use Jared's bottle even though the straw is so long.
in fact I get very pek check with her hand me down mag mag cup, which the lid is already crack..So a lot of time she would be sharing bottle with Jared till i find a new bottle for her
Jared on the other hand is absolutely hopeless when come to these type of physical skill..he only manage to drink from straw after 1 yr old.

-> Clap hands, do 1 yr old hand gesture
I havent seen her doing the 1 yr old hand gesture, but has seen jared demo it to me..hehe

-> Common language with kor kor is the super high pitch shouting..
Its really funny to watch both of them talking to each other, Kaylen has that capability to make those super high pitch shouting..and only Jared can shout so similar like her..Us adult cannot make such high pitch voice.

->Crawling everywhere at home
Now is more possible to leave her alone while I do something in the kitchen..she would slowly crawl to the kitchen to come and look for me..I remembered Jared only manage to this when he is so close to 1 yr old..

-> Love eating rice
She can take a mouthful of rice at one go..

-> Mamamamama
When she's looking for me...she'll keep say ma ma ma ma ma ma..
When she wants to eat, she says mum mum mum
But still refuse to call me mamee..

-> 8.5kg 67cm (jia lat, Jared was 9.3kg at 10mth)

Road trip to JB

With the beautiful convertible at Jusco Tebrau



@Jusco playground..

The GPS is the greatest invention after aircon..haha..

It allows us to navigate easily in JB..first we go to Jusco Tebrau, then we visited Shu Teng at austine perdana..then we went to the airport to pick up the grandparents..and before we come back, we went to have dinner at Pekin Restaurant..at Sutera Utama..
